What is the typical turnaround for a topographical survey? 1-2 weeks for a routine residential plot. 2-3 weeks for a commercial site. 3-4 weeks for a large infrastructure project.
Does Icelabz work on listed buildings? Topographical surveys for heritage landscapes are a niche service — we work on historic parks, gardens, and estates where the site context matters.

Does Icelabz offer setting out? Yes — the Setting Out Engineer service complements the topographical survey. We mark the design on the ground after the topo is complete.
Does Icelabz offer volumetric surveys? Yes — for stockpiles, quarries, and cut-and-fill verification. The Volumetric Survey service uses the same DTM and point cloud as the topographical survey.
Can Icelabz produce a Section 278 / Section 38 / Section 106 highway plan? Yes — for new estate roads, road adoptions, and highway improvements. The Combined Topo + PAS 128 utility survey is the standard.
