A measured building survey is a highly detailed, digital survey that captures the precise geometrical characteristics of a building or structure. It produces accurate as-built drawings and/or 3D models showing all structural elements and architectural features. It's used for planning extensions, renovations, redevelopment, BIM modelling, and party wall matters.
